Illuminating statement for the fans of the Audi brand. The entry LED projects the Audi rings logo with gecko onto the ground when the vehicle doors are opened. This feature not only provides additional light when getting into or out of the car but also creates an enlightening look.

  • Entry LEDs are only suitable for models with series fitted LED entry lights
  • For Audi A3 (AB3/AB3 product upgrade) and Audi Q3/Q3 (product upgrade) only usable in combination with front and rear light package
  • For Audi A4 (B9), Au(B9), Audi A5 (B9), Audi A6 (C7/C7 product upgrade), Audi A7 Sportback (C7/C7 product upgrade) and Q5 (2nd generation) only usable in combination with light package or front and rear ambient lighting
  • For Audi A6 (C7/C7 product upgrade) not usable in combination with Bang & Olufsen Advanced Sound System with 3D sound
  • For Audi A8 (D4/D4 product upgrade) and Audi Q7 (AU536) only usable in combination with interior light package or front and rear ambient lighting
  • For Audi R8/R8 (product upgrade) usable with standard front interior lighting

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Harwoods Online Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at: shopenquiries@harwoods.uk.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept returns on our products available unless the product meets the following expectations;

- Goods that are made to the consumers specification or are clearly personalised; and
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

The Harwoods Group do not offer a returns policy for our Online Shop. We are bound to offer you a return on your item if either;

Returns Process
To return an item, please email customer service at shopenquiries@harwoods.uk.com to request a return and we will review your request in a timely manner. After receiving a authorisation that a return is possible due to the stated above, place the item securely in its original packaging with a note of order number. The Customer Service team will contact you as to which of our specialist locations you must return your item to.

Please make a note of your order number inside the package so we know who this has come from! Please be aware that this is reserved for exceptional circumstances as the Harwoods Online Shop does not offer a returns policy without due reason.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless under exceptional circumstances.

The following items cannot be exchanged:

- All items cannot be returned. We do not have a returns policy unless the item is deemed to be bespoke or deteriorated in an unreasonable period of time.
